I can’t say enough great things about Kara! I actually booked her a year before my wedding after finding her on Instagram and being blown away by her work. We stayed in touch throughout the year, and by the time we met in person, it felt like I already knew her, which made the entire experience so comfortable and easy. I’m usually not a fan of getting my makeup done because it often feels heavy, the wrong shade, or just not done well. But the moment I looked in the mirror after Kara finished, I was genuinely stunned. I have never felt more beautiful. Her work is incredibly natural, clean, and flawless. It stayed on both days through the heavy rain and tears! Kara did my makeup for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding day, and each time she exceeded every expectation. She was professional, timely, and thoughtful. She even provided touch-up kits that absolutely saved me during a rainy rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. I highly recommend Kara. She is truly talented, dependable, and so easy to work with. I’d fly back to Virginia just to have her do my makeup again!!
